The capsule hostel offers a well-thought-out and enjoyable stay, featuring excellent amenities, a unique climate control system, and top-notch cleanliness. The friendly staff provide a warm welcome and a thorough orientation. The hostel's amenities were well-thought-out, including a cleverly designed toilet system with clear labels for the lights and heater. The air-conditioned common area was a comfortable spot to relax, and the capsules themselves were designed to maximize comfort. Key highlights include: • Unique climate control: One of the standout features of this hostel was its unique climate control system. The capsules are all located within a large, cold room, which maintains a consistently cool temperature. Each capsule has a small fan that controls the flow of cold air into the capsule, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking via a convenient knob. • Cleanliness: The capsules themselves were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. Towels and bed linen were provided, and I appreciated that they were freshly changed for each customer. It was clear that the hostel prioritized cleanliness and comfort. • Security: Security was also top-notch, with a single access card providing secure access to the main entrance, my labelled locker, and my labelled capsule. It was convenient and reassuring to have everything linked to one card. While the capsules aren’t soundproof, complimentary earplugs help mitigate this issue. Families with young children and guests with mobility challenges may find the design less suitable due to the need for silence and climbing into upper capsules. With efficient check-in/out processes and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, this hostel is highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and an innovative experience.

Staff consist of an aged couple - might seem aloof but they are very helpful and kind to provide assistance when approached. They explained the rules of the accommodation clearly and gave a detailed tour of the facilities. Toilet is gender separated but shared dormitory is not; however the capsule beds are locked and can only be accessed by tapping your personal key card so it's very private and safe. The capsule bed had cool lighting and enough space to put your belongings should you not wish to place them in the lockers outside. Location was good as well, many restaurants and shops around.

Host very friendly and helpful with guide of facilities, park and even give me free extension stay due to power breakdown (Tnb) happened on the night on my stay. This is the best capsule hotel I've been so far, the bed smells nice and each bathroom have hairdryer. Provides : - free towel - free computer usage - free WiFi with high speed - free breakfast and tea/coffee Love the galaxy concept and card access for the bed, locker and door access. Privacy and secured well. Will come back for sure whenever I'm going jb again. Thanks host for your hospitality during my stay.

The owner and his wife run the business with care, allowing us travelers to stay in a very warm, clean, and multi-person guesthouse... I didn't have high expectations at first, but when we entered, it smelled very comfortable, fragrant, and had no odor at all, including the toilet, shower room, and leisure area. Even the room area comfortable ... I will come back next time…

The capsule was spacious and comfortable to sleep in. The place feels safe even for a solo female traveller. A locker is provided enough for a small luggage. The hot shower has good water pressure and body wash & shampoo & towel provided. Free hot drinks and water. There are common spaces to hang out. Nice location with plenty of food choices outside.
